Service-Ready
Hair must be clean, detangled, and comb-through ready before service.
Unwashed, sponged, tangled, or matted hair is not service-ready and may require rescheduling. If service is refused, the deposit is forfeited.
Card on File
The card used for your online deposit is securely saved for future bookings.
Tap, swipe, or use mobile pay in the suite to avoid a $2 card-on-file processing fee.

We’re in for scheduled appointments only.
Walk-ins are not accepted.
Services are available for ages 14 & up.
70% non-refundable deposit required at booking.
Booking Approval Request — no payment taken at booking.
Once approved, a payment request is sent and due within 3 hours.
Add-ons affect timing, and multiple selections may not fit between appointments.
