Booking Policy

Service-Ready

Hair must be clean, detangled, dry and comb-through ready before service.

If you prefer to arrive as-is, the Full Service is required. Otherwise, arrive service-ready to avoid rescheduling.

70% Deposit Required at Booking

Your remaining balance may be paid in cash inside the suite—exact amount required.

Card on File

The card used for your online deposit is securely saved for future bookings.

Tap, swipe, or use mobile pay in the suite to avoid a $2 card-on-file processing fee.

We’re open for scheduled appointments only. Walk-ins are not accepted.

Services are available for ages 14 & up. Must be 14 on the appointment date.

Add-ons affect appointment timing and must be selected when booking. Not at the time of service.

No Resource Available Selected service(s) may exceed the time available, or no time is available.

At 5 minutes past the scheduled time. The appointment is marked as a no-show and canceled. The deposit is forfeited, and a cancellation email is sent.
