Before You Book
Services are available by online appointment only — Men | Women | Juniors (ages 10 and up).
Walk-ins not accepted.
Book up to 14 days in advance, and as late as 1 hour before (if available).
Winter Months (Dec–Feb): All Bookings is limited to 6 days in advance to allow for possible weather closures.
Non-refundable 70% deposit is required at booking to secure your appointment time.
Off-Days (Tuesday | Thursday): Closed-day access available with an off-day fee.

Common Questions
Can I book by text or DM?
All bookings are handled through the scheduler, not by text or email.
Five-year-old okay?
We service clients ages 10 and up, as long as they can remain still for a detailed haircut.
What if I’m running late?
Arriving late may affect completing the full service. After 5 minutes, it’s marked a no-show and the deposit is forfeited.
It’s more for longer hair?
Longer hair takes more prep, time, and effort, which affects pricing — that’s why we offer haircut options, including Sides Cut Only.
Whats with all the rules?
Guidelines help keep expectations clear and consistent, avoiding surprises on either side.
Do you charge less for kids?
Kids are receiving adult-style haircuts that require the same (or more) time and precision, so pricing is the same.
Can I just pay in cash?
Yes. Cash is accepted for the remaining balance. A card is required to book.
No one was there during business hours?
We’re in the suite only when appointments are booked; otherwise, we’re off-site.
