Straight — lays flat from root to tip with little to no curl pattern.

Wavy — forms an “S” pattern with loose to defined waves.

Curly — defined curls with bounce and corkscrew-shaped ringlets.

Thicker, denser; needs more prep to work through.

Coily — tighter coils with visible curl definition and density.

Hair that is clean, detangled, and comb-ready before the start of service.

Neglected hair — unwashed, tangled, or matted — is not service-ready and may result in rescheduling or refusal, regardless of deposit.

Walk-ins are not accepted at any time. — Arriving more than 5 minutes after your scheduled appointment will be considered a walk-in.

70% non-refundable deposit required at booking.

Booking Approval Request — no payment taken until approved — Once approved, payment is due within 3 hours.

Booking Available: 14 days in advance — Same-day cutoff: 1 hour before | Off-day cutoff: 12 PM.

Add-ons affect timing and may not fit between scheduled appointments — Choose another time or day; cannot be added during service.

Canceling immediately after booking or 2 hours before the scheduled time — Eligible for a 14-day deposit credit.

Appointments are canceled 5 minutes after the scheduled time.— Deposit forfeited.
