- Appointments only — Men | Women | Juniors (10 and up). No walk-ins.

- 70% non-refundable deposit required at booking to secure your appointment.
- Booking opens 14 days out; same-day spots close 1 hour prior; off-days by 8AM (Tue/Thu).
- Canceling immediately after booking or at least 2 hours before the appointment receives a 14-day deposit credit.
- Terms & conditions are included in every email — so everything is clear upfront.

Can I book by text or DM?
Bookings are online only. Appointments aren’t taken by text, DM, or email.
What if I’m running late?
Arriving late may limit services or add-ons. At 5 minutes—it’s a no-show and the deposit is forfeited.
What's up with all the rules?
Not rules — just structure and mutual respect for time and the service.
Do you charge less for kids?
Clients ages 10+ receive the same level of haircuts & detail as adults, so pricing is the same.
Can I just pay cash?
Yes — cash is accepted for the remaining balance, but a card is required to book.
You're always booked?
Not exactly — 14-day booking window (Sat, Sun, Tue, Thu). Book early = more options; last-minute = limited. Closes 1 hour prior or 8 AM on off-days.
