70% non-refundable deposit required at booking.

Booking Approval Request — not an appointment; no deposit taken until approved.

— Approval is followed by a 3-hour payment request to confirm.

Booking Available: 14 days in advance

— Same-day bookings close 1 hour before | Off-day bookings close by 8 AM.

Add-ons affect timing and when booked between scheduled slots, time may not allow.

— Choose another time or day; cannot be added during service.

Canceling immediately after booking or 2+ hours before receives a 14-day deposit credit.

After 5 minutes past scheduled time — appointment canceled, deposit forfeited.
