Less density, flows through easier.
Straight — lays flat from root to tip with little to no curl pattern.
Wavy — forms an “S” pattern with loose to defined waves.
Curly — defined curls with bounce and corkscrew-shaped ringlets.
Thicker, denser; needs more prep to work through.
Coily — tighter coils with visible curl definition and density.
Kinky — dense textures with tighter zig-zag or compact coil patterns.
As a General Guide
Your Length
— Hair that combs in different directions and lays in place is typically over 2″.
— Hair that stands or stays close to the scalp is typically under 2″.
— For kinky/coily hair, consider the length when stretched due to shrinkage.

Booking Policy
Service-Ready
Hair that is clean, detangled, and comb-through ready before the start of service.
Neglected hair — unwashed, sponged, tangled, or matted — is not service-ready and may require rescheduling. If service is refused, the deposit is forfeited.
Card-on-File Payment
The card used to book can also be used for a quicker, more convenient checkout. A $2 processing fee applies when the remaining balance is charged to the card on file.

Online Booking
We’re in for scheduled appointments only.
Walk-ins are not accepted.

70% non-refundable deposit required at booking.
Booking Approval Request — no payment taken at booking until approved.
Once approved, payment is due within 3 hours.
Add-ons affect timing, and multiple selections may not fit between appointments.
Choose another time or day; cannot be added during service.
Canceling immediately after booking or 2 hours before the scheduled time.
Eligible for a 14-day deposit credit.
Appointments after 5 minutes past the scheduled time, are marked as a no-show and canceled.
A cancellation email will be sent.
Sundays: front doors are locked — park on the side, Suite Door 100 will be open.
We’re not located near the front, so please use the side entrance.
