We work by appointments only — booking online makes it happen!
Log in | Sign up to view available openings, times, or to book — everything is handled through the scheduler, not by SMS or email.
Book 14 days in advance, up to 1 hour before (if available) — walk-ins not accepted.
Winter Advisory: For Dec–Feb, booking is limited to 6 days in advance to allow for possible weather closures.
We require a 70% deposit (non-refundable) at the time of booking to secure your spot and protects our time.
Tues & Thu are off days — closed days with booking access and a small “Let’s Make It Happen” fee.
Our terms and conditions (included in your emails) outline the flow — if you rush through, skip details, or don’t check your emails, that’s on you.
Service Changes
Membership will be unavailable for purchase during the winter months, and all Booking + Prepaid options after Dec 28 are paused for new January updates.
Haircut Options
Simplified to 2 clear choices — Hair under 2" and Sides Cut Only.
"Your before-cut reality” — the length you walk in with.
Hair Over 2"
Hair (length | texture) over 2" that needs trimming, shaping, or cutting—whether on the top, sides, back, short sides with a longer 2"+ top, or all-over length up to 5"—will now be a Specialty Cut.
Specialty Cuts
Price will increase to
$60 | 60 min
to include Straight | Curly over 2" in the Specialty Cut pricing, with Coily | Kinky over 2" as your haircut options.
Time Matters
Arriving after your scheduled start time places you on Booking Request Approval for future bookings.
No direct payment option appears when booking — you will only have a request, not an appointment.
Upon approval, a $25 Late Arrival Buffer is applied when lateness has occurred.
A payment request will follow — if you wish to continue booking service(s) with the buffer.
Arriving late on an off-day will affect approval for future off-day requests.
After a 5-minute wait, the appointment is canceled and the deposit forfeited.
Bottom line — your timing sets your outcome.
